Assistants
Voice
Upload a clear audio sample (a few seconds of one person speaking) — the provider clones it into a new voice you can use right away. Only clone a voice you have permission to use.
Call duration
Set up call duration.
Interruption sensitivity
Controls how easily a caller can cut the assistant off while it is speaking.
Messaging
Let this assistant send a saved WhatsApp/SMS/RCS message to the caller's own number mid-call, when the caller actually asks for something to be sent. Off by default — turn on per assistant, only once you've saved at least one message under SMS, RCS, or Integrations (WhatsApp).

RCS message history
Every RCS send — one-off, saved-message, the assistant's own mid-call send, and campaign auto-sends — newest first. "Sent" means the provider accepted the request, not that it was confirmed delivered — check your RCS provider's own dashboard for delivery status.

Voice broadcast
A one-way script, spoken once and the call ends — no conversation, no listening. Cheaper than a full assistant since it never uses speech recognition or an LLM.

Knowledge Base
Upload your business's documents (PDF, Excel, CSV, or plain text) — your assistant looks them up while answering calls. All documents here are shared across every assistant in your organization, and never visible to other organizations.
No knowledge-base provider is set up on the server yet — ask your platform admin to add an API key, then refresh this page.
Switching re-embeds every existing document and FAQ so search keeps working — takes a few seconds for a small knowledge base.

Scan your website
We'll read your homepage plus a few linked pages and draft Q&A pairs from what's there — reviewed in the Suggestions tab before anything goes live.
Import a WhatsApp export
In WhatsApp: open the support/sales chat → ⋮ menu → More → Export chat (choose "Include Media" to also mine voice notes) → upload the file here.
Already on WATI (official WhatsApp Business API)? Connect it from Integrations instead — it stays connected and keeps feeding suggestions on its own, no manual export needed.
Interview call
Have a short voice conversation — our AI asks about your business and builds the knowledge base straight from your spoken answers.
Suggestions to review
AI-drafted Q&A pairs mined from the sources in the other tabs — edit if needed, then approve to add to your live knowledge base. Similar questions asked by many customers are only suggested once.
Unanswered Questions
Real questions callers asked that your assistant couldn't answer well — answer them here and the answer is added to your knowledge base automatically, so future calls get it right.
Integrations
WATI (WhatsApp Business API)
Connect one or more WATI accounts — each one syncs automatically in the background on its own schedule, feeding new Q&A suggestions to your Knowledge Base as conversations come in. Connect once; no manual re-import needed.
Connected accounts
| Label | Endpoint | Status | Last synced |
|---|
Saved WhatsApp messages
Name a message once (e.g. "Demo message") and reuse it — this is also what the assistant's own prompt can be told to send by name. Only delivers if the recipient has messaged this WhatsApp number within the last 24 hours.
Connectors for CRMs, Google Sheets, Zapier, Shopify, etc. Not built yet.
SMS
Inbox
Messages received on your own numbers (Exotel numbers only, for now).
| From | To | Message | Received |
|---|
Connect an SMS account
Bring your own account and DLT-approved sender ID/templates — this only ever passes through the sender ID, template ID, and message text you provide on each send. No template content is stored or managed here.
RCS
Connect an RCS account
Bring your own account and approved template names — this only ever passes through the template name and parameter values you provide on each send. No template content is stored or managed here.
Direct connection to Meta's own WhatsApp Business Cloud API (developers.facebook.com) — separate from any WATI account you may also have connected under Integrations.
Connect a WhatsApp number
Numbers are connected on the WhatsApp side, which checks the number with Meta as it goes.
