Pricing

Two charges, and we are only one of them

You pay DreamSoft for the software your team works in. WhatsApp conversations are billed by Meta, directly to your own account, at Meta's published rates — we never mark them up.

One account covers both CallMitra and the WhatsApp inbox

How WhatsApp itself bills you

This part is Meta's, not ours. It goes on the card attached to your own WhatsApp Business Account.

Meta charges per conversation, not per message

A conversation is a 24-hour window. Once it opens, every message either side sends inside those 24 hours is covered by that single charge. The rate depends on which category opened it and which country the customer is in.

Marketing

Offers, product news, re-engagement. The most expensive category, and the one customers block if you overuse it.

Utility

Order updates, payment reminders, appointment confirmations — messages about something the customer already did.

Authentication

One-time passcodes and login verification.

Service

Replies you send inside 24 hours of a customer messaging you first.

Meta publishes its per-country conversation rates and revises them periodically. We will walk you through the rates that apply to the countries you message before you commit to anything.

Questions

About billing

Why do I pay Meta separately?

Because the WhatsApp Business Account is yours, not ours. Meta bills the account owner directly. It also means you can see exactly what WhatsApp charged, with nothing added on top by us.

What happens if I don't add a card to my WhatsApp account?

Your messages stop sending. This catches people out, so we check it during onboarding — but the payment method has to be added by you, on your own account.

Do I need both products?

No. Plenty of teams start with just the WhatsApp inbox, or just CallMitra for voice. One login gets you into whichever you have.

Is there a free trial?

Get in touch and we will set you up on a test number so you can see the inbox working before any number is connected or any money changes hands.

Tell us what you need and we will quote it

How many agents, how many numbers, and roughly how many conversations a month — that is enough for a real number.
