Customers message the number they already know. Your agents answer from a shared inbox — assigning chats, leaving private notes, and sending approved templates — without a phone being passed around the office.
Built on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Cloud API — not an unofficial workaround
One number, one shared workspace, and the official API underneath it.
Every conversation in one place. Assign a chat to an agent, set it open, pending or resolved, and colour-code with labels so nothing is dropped.
Leave a note on a conversation that only your team can see — context for the next agent, without a separate chat group to keep in sync.
Write a template, preview it exactly as it lands on a phone, and submit it to Meta for approval — then track whether it came back approved or rejected, and why.
Send an approved template to a tagged audience of opted-in contacts, then watch delivered, read and replied counts as the campaign runs.
Drag a flow together — keyword triggers, buttons, conditions — to greet new enquiries, qualify them, and hand the good ones to a human.
Every person who messages becomes a contact, with your own custom fields — city, plan, deal size — searchable and taggable for the next campaign.
Plenty of tools automate WhatsApp by driving a logged-in phone. That gets numbers banned.
What you get by going through Meta directly.
What running a bot on WhatsApp Web actually costs you.
Use a new number, or move an existing one across. A number currently on the WhatsApp Business app can be migrated.
You approve the connection from your own Meta account, so the WhatsApp Business Account always stays in your name.
Invite agents, set up labels and quick replies, and write the templates you send most often.
Point your ads, website widget and QR codes at the number. Conversations land in the shared inbox.
You do. The WhatsApp Business Account is created under your own Meta Business account and stays there. We operate the software on top of it, and you can disconnect us at any time without losing the number.
Usually yes. A number currently on the WhatsApp Business app can be migrated to the API. It cannot be used in both places at once, so the app stops working on that number once it moves.
Meta only lets you send free-form replies within 24 hours of a customer's last message. Outside that window you must use a template Meta has approved in advance. The inbox enforces this for you rather than letting a send fail silently.
Meta bills per 24-hour conversation, not per message, and the rate depends on the category — marketing, utility, authentication or service — and the country. That charge goes to your own account, so you always see exactly what Meta billed.
The green tick is Meta's official business verification, and Meta alone decides who receives it. We help you submit for it, but nobody can promise you will get it.
No. WhatsApp requires that a person has opted in to hear from you before you message them. We give you QR codes, a website widget and click-to-WhatsApp links to collect those opt-ins properly.
